The American Institute of Physics has just launched an online journal that’s right up our alley: the Journal of Renewable and Sustainable Energy.
The style is academic and the technical depth (it being AIP and all) great, but the JRSE — to be published bimonthly — promises to be a great source of information on new findings from the labs.
